250g Barkat Spirals
1 Red Pepper (Chopped)
1 Green pepper (chopped)
125g Button mushrooms
1 jar Sundried Tomato + Paprika Dressing
- Cook Pasta following directions on the pack. After cooking, drain and run pasta under cold water to prevent further cooking
- Meanwhile, fry the mushrooms in the butter until soft, drain and allow cooling.
- Mix pasta, peppers, mushrooms, sultanas and sauce together.
- For best results chill for about 30 mins before serving.
