1 packet (250g) Barkat Chocolate Muffin Mix
115g Vegetable oil
2 Large Eggs
Chocolate Butter Cream to decorate

1. Make up the Barkat Chocolate Muffin Mix as directed on the packet using the oil and eggs.
2. Spread onto a lined Swiss roll tin.
3. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven set at 425f/220c.
4. Turn out onto sugared greaseproof paper and roll up firmly.
5. When cold unroll and spread with jam or butter cream.
6. Decorate the log using chocolate butter cream or melted chocolate.
7. Place on Christmas Decorations
